konzert: duo für gitarre und radio samt effekten. ein radiogerät empfängt "zufällig" zu gehör gebotenes aus aller welt, der instrumentalist sucht dies spontan zu integrieren bzw. darauf zu reagieren, beschränkt sich aber auf nicht mehr als 3 effekte, der klanglichen stringenz schuldend sind dies echo, distortion und volumepedal (dinge, die auch bei der sendersuche auftreten) es werden eine auswahl komponierter teile eingebaut, dh. akkordprogressionen und/oder melodien, die interpretation (reihenfolge, tempo, dynamik, sound) ist auf die jeweilige situation bezogen. warnung! ausdrücklich wird hier auch funktionsharmonisch gearbeitet ... akteur: THOMAS KUSCHNY, nicht ausschliesslich autodidakt, beschäftigt sich neben anderem auch mit experimentellen formen von musik z.b. in den 90ern im trio "a noise fragment" mit beträchtlicher intensität und lautstärke miniatur kompositionen nach aleatorischen prinzipien, aneinanderreihend, zuweilen unter mitwirkung des publikums (münzenwerfend, geloopte statements, etc), später mit den duos "duo ritmo" und "son chan" freie improvisationen für eigenbauapparate, aber auch anrufbeantworter (= eine art protosampler!), mit dem kollektiv "metastase" lärmwände unter zuhilfenahme von autoblechen mit tonabnehmern sowie der menschlichen stimme, schliesslich aber auch in der alternative country band "mose" live ab und an mit kollektivimprovisationen, kurzfristig mitglied bei der league of crafty guitarists von robert fripp (king crimson etc), teilnahme an entstehung und aufführung von "land" 1999 in Bern mit fred frith.

concert: uo for guitar and radio including effects. a radio “accidentally” receives what is presented on the air all over the world; the instrumentalist tries to integrate this spontaneously or rather to react to it, however restricting himself to a maximum of three effects so as to account for a consistency of sound – echo, distortion and volume pedal (phenomena which also occur while searching for a channel). A selection of composed parts is integrated, i.e. accord progressions and/or melodies; the interpretation (sequence, tempo, dynamics, sound) is related to the respective situation. warning! the work is done expressly including functional harmonics. ... protagonis: THOMAS KUSCHNY, self taught but not exclusively, deals among other things with experimental forms of music, e.g. in the 9oies in the trio “a noise fragment ”, stringing together with enormous intensity and volume miniature compositions according to aleatory principles, sometimes with the collaboration of the audience (throwing coins, looping statements, etc.), later together with the duos “duo ritmo” and “son chan” free improvisations for self-made machines, but also answering machines ( a kind of protosampler!), with the collective “metastase” noise walls with the aid of car plates with sound pick-ups and the human voice, at last also in the alternative country band “mose” from time to time live with collective improvisations, for a short time member of the league of crafty guitarists of robert fripp (king crimson etc), participation in the creation and performance of “land/country” in 1999 in Bern with fred frith.
