The artists dedicate themselves to the topic of DRAWING in order not only to formulate this in their respective work, but also to move on to SIGNS. A drawing in the traditional sense is an image that represents a motif (subject) in a simplified manner using lines and strokes. According to the classical view, a drawing in the narrower sense emphasizes the outlines of a subject. The motive of this undertaking, however, is the attempt to imagine traces of the relationship between the general and the particular - and vice versa.
